About Amy Dornbusch
Amy serves as General Partner of Willowtree Venture Fund, LP, a private investment fund focused on early-stage consumer companies. As GP, Amy is dedicated to advancing a portfolio of companies focused on disrupting all areas of the consumer space including CPG, retail, apparel, dining and hospitality. Amy is Proprietor and President of Gemstone Vineyard in Yountville, Napa. She oversees all operations, marketing and sales and works closely with the team to ensure the continued excellence of their Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux style wines. Of her portfolio companies, Amy currently sits on the board of St Frank. In the philanthropy sector, Amy is Director of the Marks Family Foundation, where she is advancing a focus area of international development and women\'s and girls\' issues. She is a \"Maverick\" of the PSI backed Maverick Collective, co-founded by Melinda Gates, and has recently led a three year project advancing family planning objectives for the youth in Vietnam. Amy also directs the foundation\'s strategic giving objectives in disease research and equitable education and the arts. Amy currently serves as co-chair of The V Foundation for Cancer Research Wine Celebration, a top charitable wine auction in Napa Valley that has raised over $150M for life saving cancer research.

Formed by ESPN and Jim Valvano in 1993, his words throughout his infamous ESPY speech have inspired millions to get involved in finding a cure for cancer. The annual Wine Celebration brings together philanthropists, vintners, survivors and a scientific advisory board to fundraise for the V Foundation grants, with the ultimate goal of finding a cure for cancer, once and for all. As the largest fundraising arm, the Wine Celebration has contributed over $130M of the $290M budget to date for the V Foundation for Cancer Research. The Wine Celebration is in the top 3 highest-grossing charitable wine auctions in the US.
