About Amy Donato
As a Teacher Community Lead and a Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator at Elevate K-12, I use my teaching and interpersonal skills to support the mission of providing high-quality online education to students across the country. I have over 10 years of experience in teaching and coaching, with a focus on math, science and community building/outreach. I started my career as a 5th grade science teacher at Zanesville City School District, where I developed engaging and interactive lessons and projects for my students. I then joined Elevate K-12 as a teacher, a senior induction coach, and a community leader, where I have contributed to the growth and retention of the teacher network, the quality and consistency of the instruction, and the satisfaction and feedback of the clients and partners. I am passionate about creating a positive and collaborative learning environment for both teachers and students, and I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices in the field of online education.
