Responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified medical providers in a variety of medical specialties to work as Independent Contractors for the Veteran Affairs. Source medical providers and educate them in the QTC process to assist veterans in need of medical disability evaluations. Renegotiate fees, credential medical providers, develop contracts and addendums for services, and carefully review all contractual documents. Verify medical license, school accreditation, and employment history for providers. Build and maintain good relationships with medical providers and assist with any questions regarding our services. Discuss travel process in regards to flights, lodging, and submitting travel expenses for reimbursement. Participate in educational, team building, and other training programs within the company. Delegating marketing projects for management. Serve as a mentor and coach to assist with training for new and current recruiter team members.
