I have an excellent level of communication, able to respect confidentiality, open attitude, sensitive to others, a non-judgemental approach to work, provide a support and trusting relationship. I am a confident and driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the understanding of the need for quality administration and management systems. My past experiences have enabled me to master the ability to be able to meet tight deadlines effectively regardless of pressurised environments without undermining the quality of work expected. I have learnt to set my self realistic workable deadlines and I always have a contingency plan just in case.I have the willingness to take a proactive role in the development and performances of organisation i.e. help improve systems/work practices to reach greater efficiency and effectiveness. I can assist in implementing and developing good customer service, standards as well as work constantly without compromising crucial values of risk management.
