The Medicare Market Strategy team in the Federal Markets P&L has responsibility for Highmark\'s Medicare/Medigap strategy within the Highmark footprint in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Delaware, and New York. Our imperative is to enable the organization to meet or exceed enrollment and financial goals. We lead the strategic development of competitive Medicare and DSNP portfolios, including medical, Rx, and supplemental benefits, that will attract and retain members. Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and others, we drive the delivery of successful go-to-market strategies.
