About Amy Crespo

I’m an Assistant Vice President and people leader at Capital Group, where I partner closely with our contingent labor vendor and internal teams to deliver strong client outcomes while supporting associate growth and wellbeing. My work sits at the intersection of operational excellence, leadership development, and culture.Over the last several years, I’ve led complex transitions involving external workforce partnerships, process ownership changes, and quality oversight—balancing risk management, accountability, and continuous improvement across evolving operating models. In parallel, I’m a founder and Global Chair of Capital Group’s Mental Wealth Community, where I help normalize conversations around mental health, reduce stigma, and embed wellbeing into how we lead and work. I’ve co created leadership presentations, facilitated organization wide events during Mental Health Awareness Month, partnered with benefits and legal teams on crisis response planning, and represented the firm at global forums focused on workplace mental health. I’m passionate about inclusive leadership, thoughtful change management, and developing people in environments where ambiguity is constant—but purpose and accountability remain clear.
