Amy is an Associate within WSP’s Healthcare Advisory Services, and is part of the Healthcare Assets and Partnerships team.Amy is a life science Ph.D. qualified senior management professional from within the NHS, with over 25 years’ cross-sector experience across healthcare, life sciences and education within the NHS, higher education and public sector. This experience includes capital investment and infrastructure projects across healthcare/clinical settings as well as academia (research, innovation and education). Major successes include overseeing complex strategic partnership projects, including significant capital investment, income generation, developing and delivering projects across a range of contexts, and working across health and research-intensive institutions. Amy is accredited to Better Business Case Practitioner level and Managing Benefits Foundation level. She has worked on large national capital/infrastructure projects, including Government Major Projects Portfolio (GMPP) and New Hospital Programme (NHP) schemes. She has several years’ experience developing a range of business cases across sectors including health and research-intensive institutions. Amy has overseen, directly prepared or contributed substantially to the development of over 40 business cases.
