Conduct training about Early Intervention for physician groups, hospital based practices, and hospital residents.Provide technical assistance and training to EI providers to address local and system needs and Service Coordinator training tailored to needs identified pursuant to reviews or by the CFC Manager.Provide consultation and resources to team members and other service providers regarding family perspectives on practices and policies for services and system development.Assist with IFSP Development for consistency with principles and best practices and the expressed Early Intervention philosophy, principles, best practices, and procedures.Provide consultation regarding requests for IFSP service changes.Quality assurance activities include review of medical records, review of evaluations/assessments, discussion of specific medical diagnoses and possible impact on children and families, monthly staff trainings, provider outreach and trainings, monthly case review team meetings, individual supervision, individual case consultation and family support.
