Maintains and enhances the professional development services KCCE provides to local chamber executives and their key volunteers. Develops, maintains, and activates a statewide business advocacy and grassroots network of local chambers and member companies. Provides staffing for KCCE and oversees all administrative and professional operations.Oversees the profitability of KCCE programs and activities (including conferences and training seminars), and securing corporate sponsorship revenue. Facilitates and implements strategic plan. Reports quarterly to the boards of directors of both the Kentucky Chamber and KCCE.Serves as staff to the Local Chamber Advisory Board of the Kentucky Chamber. Distributes timely information and resources to local chambers regarding legislative and policy matters impacting Kentucky’s business community. Acts as the Kentucky Chamber liaison on assigned statewide chamber initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.Plans and executes at least one annual conference and several additional educational events each year. Produces and oversees KCCE communications, including newsletters, the website, and other member-facing materials. Advises chamber executives on operational and governance matters such as human resources, bylaws, and strategic planning.Travels to local chambers to strengthen partnerships between KCCE and the Kentucky Chamber. Actively participates in ACCE, engaging with the national network of state chamber association executives.
