Over the past seven years — and through a career spanning more than 25 years across multiple industries — I have become deeply committed to building high-performing environments where people feel cared for, empowered, and inspired.I am also the Co-Founder and CEO of Harmony Transformative Cosmetic Dentistry, a boutique practice created exclusively for transformative cosmetic smile design. Harmony was built on the understanding that cosmetic dentistry is never just aesthetic — it is personal. A smile is deeply connected to identity, self-expression, and the confidence to fully engage with life. Alongside my husband, Dr. Joe Chichetti, I help lead a space where every detail is intentional and every outcome is designed to be timeless, elevated, and life-changing.My expertise sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and transformation.
