IPI offers a wide range of solutions and services, including cloud (such as UCaaS, CCaaS and WFM), automation and AI, outsourced IT, managed services, voice and connectivity, and consultancy. Our offices are based in Reading, London, Manchester and the Philippines.On joining, I established IPI’s first in-house legal function, setting up systems and processes. As General Counsel, I now lead a team of five, which includes our compliance professionals. I’m also a member of the company’s ELT, with a broader leadership role.Working for an exciting and growing company, the lawyers are busy with commercial contracts, particularly as IPI has increasingly moved from being a reseller, to an SI, to a vendor of its own products. I’ve supported the business on its journey, including through a private equity investment process in 2023, and setting up IPR strategies and processes in respect of creation and management, to support our innovation pipeline.I’m appointed as the group’s Company Secretary, and also manage our commercial insurances. And, at times, I’ve dabbled as a pseudo-salesman, introducing deals in new sectors!
