My passion for a positive and fulfilling employee experience makes me a solution-oriented, approachable Learning and Development professional who uses all my expertise to design scalable opportunities for employee growth. I am fascinated with the employee experience at work. Learning is Power! In our COVID-19 post-pandemic world, employees feel urgency to gain new skills, yet they may not know how to go about getting them. I love to enhance the employee experience by designing learning solutions that are simple, useful, fun and scalable to every employee in the organization! I get employees doing learning activities during the training! I am honored to support others and find it highly motivating. I am at my best connecting with others, unleashing ideas with questions, building and managing learning programs, and inspiring colleagues while facilitating ILT or VLT.
