I am passionate about people and engagement, a drive that\'s not just at work but in my everyday life. My natural curiosity and positivity, combined with my love for the Retail industry, make my role a perfect fit.Impactful, honest communication is essential in helping people feel connected and engaged within their workplace. Leading on Employee Communication and Engagement at Seasalt is a role I take great pride in, as it allows me to shape our culture and create a strong sense of community across the company.I bridge the gap between our employees and our executive board and leadership team, bringing our values, strategy and growth plans to life through authentic experiences and storytelling. My enthusiasm to always \'do better\' ensures I stay up to date with communication and engagement trends and best practices, enabling me to implement strategies that not only resonate with our people but also contribute to our wider success.Building and strengthening our employer brand is also really important to me.
