A huge health scare and life change took me on a new journey last year. Healing and recovery became the number one priority. Gratefully I am still able to be part of the wonderful SPCA team, in a different capacity. Taking on a remote and part time role, reviewing our talent acquisition needs, helping to embed our new Elmo Recruitment platform and assisting leaders with recruitment needs, it has been the perfect role to keep me connected with the organisation whilst also being able to focus on my recovery. Soon new recruiters will be in the role, helping our leaders and providing a top-notch recruitment experience and I will be helping out with projects on a casual basis.
