As the Director of Admissions, I am responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic, long-term enrollment plan to direct student recruitment, admissions and retention efforts, consistent with the school’s mission. This began with a complete overhaul of the entire admissions process and has resulted in a department that is stable, productive, creative, flexible and well-respected across the entire campus. I am blessed to lead a team of incredible, talented admissions staff members, and working together we have achieved the highest enrollment the school has seen in over a decade. I also maintain direct, hands-on oversight of the HR department, with the HR Manager reporting directly to me. I am passionate about my role in leading these teams, ensuring that as we welcome new employees and families to Heritage their experience is reflective of our mission to Glorify God, Disciple Students and Pursue Excellence. I also have the honor of serving on the school\'s Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Head of School.
