With over 20 years of experience in public education, I am a human resources leader who is passionate about supporting students, staff, and families. As the Associate Superintendent of HR, I oversee labor relations and the recruitment, hiring, evaluation, and retention of high-quality and diverse educators and administrators. I also collaborate with other district leaders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policies, and to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Previously, I served as the Executive Director of Student Support Services, where I managed the delivery of special education, health, and wellness programs and services for over students. I have a Master\'s degree in School Psychology and skills in teaching, curriculum development, and educational leadership. My mission is to empower and inspire all students and staff to achieve their full potential and to contribute to the community and the world.
