With 20+ years of experience across government, mining, industrial, and community-based sectors, I bring a strong track record in health and safety leadership, compliance, and risk management. As a former Occupational Health and Safety Inspector, I’ve conducted inspections, investigations, and audits while coaching employers and workers on compliance and best practices. My career has also included roles in program management, Indigenous community engagement, and remote operations—from coordinating travel logistics at DeBeers Victor Mine to supporting training and employment initiatives with the Ontario Public Service. These experiences strengthened my ability to build partnerships, drive process improvements, and manage complex operations in both urban and remote Northern Ontario settings. I am fully bilingual (English/French), trained in Indigenous cultural competency, and hold designations and certifications that allow me to deliver informed, practical advice to diverse stakeholders.
