My entire life I thought I was called to be a middle school math teacher. It was my experience early on, paired with the closing and opening of many doors that led me to a field I have always been passionate about. The world of recruiting and development. From as young as I can remember, I find so much joy at the opportunity of lending a hand and connecting someone with a resource of whatever it may be. In little time, I learned that no matter what my job involved there would always be room to teach and develop those around me.
