In this role, I support the GM of People & Strategy to develop the annual programme of work for the Division, including developing business cases for investment and board documents for approval. I am also responsible for leading the development and implementation of the organisational development strategy, plans and projects to drive business transformation, and support delivery of the bank’s strategy.Experience includes- Led development of the bank’s 5-year Workforce Strategy to define the target state workforce, and the workforce capabilities required to deliver business strategy- Led development and launch of ‘Benefits Boost’ to lift TSB’s employee benefits offering- Led development of TSB‘s employee value proposition, to define the bank’s target state people offering and plan a roadmap of initiatives to achieve that state.
