Amy Barnes has more than 25 years of experience working with all levels of business and government. Leading the Business Development Group across the Conrac Solutions family of companies, Amy oversees company-wide strategies for growth with a focus on the capture of new contracts. She is responsible for sourcing and initiating project deals and managing stakeholder relations throughout CS’ transactions until financial close and start of construction. She led Conrac Solutions’ contributions to the successful close of Reno-Tahoe International Airport’s $299M Ground Transportation Center and Rental Car Facility transaction, scheduled to open in 2028. With extensive expertise in relationship development, project management, and strategy, Amy continually builds trusted rapport with airports, the rental car industry, ground transportation providers and associated partners. This enables her to quickly assemble a network for each project to build consensus, address issues, and deliver solutions.
