With 15 years of managerial experience in the for- and non-profit sectors, I have developed a passion for creating and scaling innovative solutions for the future of work and education. My strengths include strategy, B2B partnerships, systems and operational management, and organizational leadership.As the founder of Trellis, a college success program in partnership with Southern New Hampshire University, I have supported over 75 learners (and counting!) on their journeys to attaining their postsecondary degrees in 50% less time and with 90% less debt than the average American college goer. On average, Trellis grads increase their earnings by 25% after completing their degrees. I have applied my expertise in employer partnerships to lead Trellis\' B2B strategy, establishing partnerships with Ochsner Health System and LCMC as a student recruitment and career advancement pipeline for Trellis graduates. My mission is to empower learners of all backgrounds and ages to achieve their academic and professional goals, and contribute to their communities.
