About Amy Baltzell
Amy is a Elite Sport and Executive Consultant. Her consulting draws from her experience as an elite athlete: US and Olympic Rowing teams & America\'s Cup professional sailing. She authored 5 books and 20+ book chapters in the area of mindfulness, sport and positive psychology. She is a Valor master coach and a certified coach for SureAthlete. She was elected president of the Association of Applied Sport Psychology (2017-18). While a professor of Sport Psychology for 20 years, she became a world thought-leader on mindfulness and performance and continues to give invited international keynote addresses. She was a member of USA National and Olympic Rowing teams, a team member of the first all-women’s America’s Cup Sailing team (A3) and a Varsity Rowing Coach at Radcliffe.
