My journey into the world of tech started with curiosity and a bit of code🤓. With a bachelor’s in Data Sciences and a deep-rooted curiosity for all things tech, I’ve always been drawn to the evolving world of IT and AI. From building my first machine learning models during university to now working on the front lines of IT, I’ve turned that passion into purpose, helping healthcare facilities modernize, scale, and thrive. I began my career as an AI Intern at the Universal Service Fund, an entity under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunications. There, I developed an AI-powered tool for data extraction and cleaning, and built interactive dashboards that helped streamline internal operations.But life had other plans. I transitioned into customer-facing roles, where I learned the art of communication, relationship-building, and translating technical value into business outcomes. It was a detour that taught me how to speak both the language of engineers and executives.Today, I’ve come full circle, back in the world of IT, but now with a broader lens.As an Account Manager at Zones, I work on the front lines of IT transformation, supporting healthcare facilities across the Northeastern U.S. With a strong foundation in client engagement and a curiosity for emerging technologies, I bring a proactive, collaborative approach to every conversation. Whether you\'re a systems architect, cloud strategist, or IT decision-maker, I’m always open to connecting and exploring how we can create impact together.
