While on the board, I helped guide financial decisions in addition to spearheading fundraising efforts to support the mission: While a VP at Victoria\'s Secret, I led a key company initiative, “High Performance Culture” designed to “Rethink Retail,” with a holistic scope including compensation, store organizational structure, talent recruitment and development, service and selling model, coaching and performance management, and operational efficiencies. Spearheaded the comprehensive transformation of 14 former May Company (Foley\'s) locations spanning culture, store assortments, operational processes and store presentation/layout to successfully transition into Macy\'s during the Macy\'s/May Company merger.
