   Provide leadership, vision and operational oversight for Marion Technical College which includes the departments of Academic Affairs, Admission, Career Services, Financial Aid, Institutional Advancement, Marketing & Communications, Registrar, Student Success & Engagement, and Workforce Solutions. In addition, provides oversight for the implementation and management of Marion Technical College’s first-ever Title grant to strengthen completion rates for underserved students ($2.2M for five years). Plan, develop, and implement departmental goals, action objectives and strategies to meet annual and long-term goals and objectives, in accordance with the College\'s mission, vision and strategic plan. Integrate the College Strategic Plan into areas of oversight. Ensure successful implementation of plans and goals and along with evaluating the outcomes and determining continual improvement within the division. Efforts have culminated in the largest headcount enrollment in Marion Tech’s 50+ history with almost 3,500 students enrolling Spring 2025 along with the highest credit hour in a semester with over registered credit hours.Provide leadership and strategic focus to build the College’s image and foster engagement with external constituencies and communities. This includes strategic marketing, website development and management, social media, media relations, public relations, sponsorships, and internal and external communications. Build and sustain a dynamic, philanthropic corporation and promote thoughtful and productive relationship between the Marion Technical College Foundation and the College. Assist the President and the Board of Trustees in building and nurturing long-term relationships that yield significant support from major gift donors.Provide leadership for Student Success & Engagement which includes Advising, Orientation, Student Life, Testing, Tutoring and the TRIO Talent Search federal grant.
