Currently, working as at the Advanced Analytical GMP research facility Analytical Expert. Now as a technical lead for the materials and microscopy group in the advanced analytical GMP facility focused on team management, faster delivery, establishing the critical analytical facilities, developing and validating innovative method for physical characterisation, Reviewing and qualifying the scientific outcome and plant method transfer and external university collaboration. I am the one who likes to work with a challenging task in a innovative environment where I can lay my skills to the organizations best use and which would make me versatile. To work with teams of people ready to search for new innovations and be a key person in driving others towards winning the goal.
