Always passionate for learning, attentive to detail and eager to make a positive impact through data analysis. Resilience and determination have become the key component of my characteristics. For over 9 years, I have successfully worked in different industries such as Bank, Health Tech, IT & Telecom, where got the hands-on experience about Portfolio management, Credit collections, Marketing & Sales, Key Account Management. My fascination with data-driven decision-making started during my last job at Standard Chartered Bank in Bangladesh where I used to work with delinquent portfolio. During collection forecast and risk analysis, I have realized that the way of data driven decision making can empower an organization to stay ahead, nevertheless, I have gained some basic data analysis knowledge and skills from there. Currently, I am pursuing an MS in Business Analytics at Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts, Amherst. The Isenberg MSBA is a STEMED-approved degree program, which enables students to work three years in the US before needing sponsorship. I strongly opine that every data point has a story to tell. Unravelling these narratives and translating them into strategic actions is what fuels my professional passion. Therefore, I am actively searching for an internship where I can use the transformative power of analytics to guide business toward sustainable growth and innovation.
