Currently the COO of Gracious Hospitality in NYC, I’m responsible for steering business growth initiatives and growing profitability for the company’s Cote restaurant operations.Prior to joining Gracious Hospitality, I served as CEO of Fuku and President of Momofuku where I was responsible for setting up the needed corporate systems and structures for continued business growth and profitability.Prior to Momofuku, I served as President, Pacific Division, for Batali & Bastianich Hospitality Group (BBHG) for more than 13 years. Under my leadership, the company grew from 5 to 32 restaurants, consistently maintaining steady operational profit through expansion.
