Launched MT 103-based origination pilot to close gap to incumbent banks and meet the needs of large Global Fund Banking clients.* Oversaw pod’s delivery of multiple technical releases for SWIFT ISO readiness, ahead of the Mar 2023 industry coexistence start.* Managed pod responsible for development and testing of critical SWIFT ISO migration deliverables, as well as middleware connecting multiple bank systems to the enterprise SWIFT gateway.* Responsible for pod roadmap, quarterly product increment planning, sprint prioritization and dependency management with adjacent technical teams.* Worked closely with bank SMEs to maintain the team’s engagement in production issues, audit remediations, and support adjacent teams’ achievement of key objectives.
