About Amulya Kaipa

I\'m a UX researcher and innovation strategist with a dual MBA and Master of Design from IIT. I came to this work through architecture, which means I learned to understand a system before trying to change it.That instinct has carried through everything since. I\'ve led product discovery across AI product lines at GSS Infotech, conducted 40+ stakeholder interviews through the Loyola I-Corps@NCATS program, co-founded an autism communication platform that won Audience Choice at Kaplan Pitch Tank 2024, and helped six early-stage startups find their footing at IIT\'s Kaplan Startup Studio. My path has spanned research labs, healthcare systems, startup accelerators, and social ventures because that is where the hardest, most interesting problems live.I work at the intersection of human-centered design, innovation program management, and design strategy. The through-line across all of it is the same: reduce complexity, center human needs, and make innovation accessible and actionable for the people who need it most.To me, design is not just about what things look like. It is about how they work, who they serve, and why they matter. That belief drives every research study I run, every workshop I facilitate, and every product decision I push forward.Currently seeking full-time roles in innovation strategy, UX research, or program management, especially in healthcare innovation, social impact, or education.
