An initiative exploring unique immersive performances at the intersection of Arts and Mental Health. Project Bhava is a unique curation of 9 stand-alone performances to encounter spontaneous sensations, movements, sounds and thoughts that encompass an emotional experience. This is an invitation to those who want to explore their emotions creatively and deeply in a safe space. We intend to build a community through dance, movement, stories, music and emotional resonances.This project is rooted in the Rasa Theory - bringing together the wisdom of Indian Aesthetics and the Western vocabulary of emotions. It is led by two artists who also identify as Indian Classical Dancers and Drama and Movement therapists.
