I am a highly motivated Service Portfolio and Tooling Automations Manager with wide experience in designing, implementing, documenting and operating service management processes over the last 30 years working in the I.T. Industry. I have a deep level of practical experience in integrating and optimising service tools, including monitoring and automation tools such as ScienceLogic, ITSM tools such as Cherwell and automating CMDB and reporting engines. I am also an accomplished Python programmer with experience creating integrations using API and data wrangling techniques to enable data analysis. I have a keen interest in Data Science & Analytics. My understanding and experience range from working for large global blue-chip and smaller companies to ISO Quality, ITIL (3 & 4), Prince2, Lean, DevOps and AIOps principles.
