I am a PhD Candidate in Civil & Environmental Engineering, specializing in Construction Management, with a strong focus on industrial modularization. As a Graduate Research Assistant at CII RT-421, I am contributing to the development of an advanced planning guide to enhance modular project implementation. Previously, with CII RT-396, I played a key role in developing a business case analysis model to support modularization adoption in capital projects. With over six years of industry experience, I have successfully led civil engineering projects through all phases—from feasibility and design to execution—overseeing more than 10 projects, each averaging $500 million. My expertise spans infrastructure design, hydrological analysis, land development, road network planning, and water and wastewater treatment systems. I have worked extensively with various procurement methods, including design-bid-build, design-build, and public-private partnerships. My professional journey includes roles at the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT), Industrial District Management Ltd, and Units Engineering Consultancy, where I honed my skills in project management, compliance, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and quality control. In addition, I have authored six research publications and two industry reports, contributing to the advancement of modular construction practices.
