Recent Academic Journey:My work primarily focuses on two verticals:1) Algorithm design for multi-agent AI systems. My work leverages Bayesian Statistical Modeling to simulate agent preferences in crowdsourced, political, or AI systems and aggregate them to recover ground truth rankings, even when experts are in the minority. 2) Improving the Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) pipeline for fine-tuning large language models to ensure the generated outputs are more accurate and contextually aligned with user expectations.Professional Journey:Professionally, I can wear multiple hats—whether as an AI Researcher, Data Scientist, Software Developer, or even a professional soccer critic, depending on the problem at hand. During my Master’s at Penn State, I\'ve focused on developing transparent and efficient AI algorithms, building on a solid computer science foundation from my Bachelor’s at NIT Rourkela. My hands-on experience at SAP involved developing user-friendly cloud applications in an agile setting, while at Schneider Electric, I engineered IoT solutions that boosted real-time communication.
