My Self-Summary I am M.Tech (Computer Science Engineering) post graduate with 8+ years Application support, analytical, data-management, reporting & visualization experience across industries from E-commerce, P&C Insurance (Financial), Telecom to Investment Banking high-growth companies. Presently, I am working as Production/Application Support Analyst (Client–Societe Generale) with Talan Canada, Montreal, QC.Previously, while working with : Mthree Consulting (Investment Banking Client – Morgan Stanley), Montreal,(QC), provided support for front & middle office Trading (Booking, Allocation and Execution) Applications. Quickly identified and analyzed alerts/issues and proceed to correct and/or escalate to minimize user impacts and application outages.Gatestone Inc.(Telecom Client – Shaw Communication), Toronto,(ON), provided knowledgeable technical support and troubleshooting guidance to end-users, performed root cause analysis, recommended procedures and controls for problem prevention and managed escalations.
