   My role included coordinating with various teams to ensure readiness for cutover, managing risks related to data migration and system downtime, and overseeing post-cutover support activities. My involvement extended beyond cutover preparation to encompass general project management tasks such as planning, stakeholder communication, resource coordination and tracking project progress against established milestones. In this role, I familiarized myself with Smartsheet and Azure DevOps as project management tools. In addition to my project management responsibilities during the implementation of Dynamics 365 and Salesforce systems, I developed training materials for new users. Recognizing the importance of user adoption for successful system implementation, I created guides that walked users through major processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoice-to-Cash (I2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R). These materials were tailored to suit both Dynamics 365 and Salesforce platforms respectively, ensuring that users of each system had access to relevant information.
