Accelerated Discovery of High-Temperature Shape Memory Alloys (HTSMAs) – NiTiHf System* Developed ML models (CatBoost, etc.) to predict transformation temperatures (Af, Ms) from composition and processing parameters.* Incorporated domain knowledge via elemental properties and CALPHAD-based thermodynamic descriptors from Thermo-Calc (using TC Python).* Applied multi-objective optimization and other analysis to identify alloys with desired properties.* Combined materials informatics, thermodynamic modeling, and ML for data-driven alloy discovery.
