Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR) under DRDO, Ministry of Defence, Govt of India do research in psychology for armed forces personnel. Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR - DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Govt of India contributes to vital research in military psychology, enhancing the mental health and operational efficiency of armed forces personnel. My education in Forensic Psychology at Rashtriya Raksha University underpins my work, where I focus on developing robust skills in Defence Psychological Research. Previously, as a Project Intern with HelpAge India, we addressed the mental well-being of seniors through \'Saarthak\', in collaboration with NIMHANS and NPHCE. My role included in assisting training health workers and spreading awareness of mental health issues, grounded in my foundation in community mental health and Forensic Psychology skills.
