I\'m a writer and editor with over 9 years of experience across editorial writing, content writing, copywriting, and social media. I\'ve loved words ever since I won a creative writing contest in the third grade, and I\'ve spent my life wrangling them into different combinations. I have experience in food, home and garden, lifestyle, tech, travel, and commerce content. I\'m currently looking for editorial/marketing roles or a career jump to content design and/or UX writing. In my most recent role as Style & Design Editor at Apartment Therapy Media, I worked on trending short-form articles and longer, reported pieces for the Style vertical. I pitched relevant topics, assigned pieces to a roster of freelance and in-house writers, edited for final publication, and used analytics to start the process all over again. In all, my team drove over 5 million visits to the websites monthly.Previously, I worked as a digital editor for Trusted Media Brands, a freelance writer for several lifestyle magazines, a copywriter at Impresario Entertainment and Hospitality, and a social media manager for Limetray Marketing Solutions.Fun facts: I took a career break before moving to the USA to dive into yoga and meditation!
