I work for the Azure, Cloud + AI team. Job responsibilities include framing statistical/ml models to keep our customers secured from security threats. The models provide ensembled threat score. The models are based on network events and behaviors with respect to past and peers. My job requires me to do end-to-end model development and production in Azure. The models are (un)supervised and ensembling using python/spark. The aim is to help the security researchers by providing better rank-ordered probable threat events to investigate. Using: Probabilistic models, sequence modeling, anti-recomender system, collaborative filtering, time series, EWMA, method of moments, MLE, EM, mixture models, statistical distributions, ranking evaluation through mean avg precision, nDCG
