   As a Sr.Training consultant I work with business stakeholders globally with the purpose of meeting their training needs through each year. This includes providing structure to existing training within the business units, owning curriculum\'s, consulting, strategic planning for the upcoming year and its subsequent implementation including assessing training needs, deploy learning solutions, leading training programs and recommending solutions. I am responsible for the management of Asset Servicing clients which includes baseline, expanded and developmental training, creating role-based curriculum\'s and implementing learning plans, supporting strategic system roll outs and tactical consulting.
