RFQ & RFP as per Requisition, Quotation Comparison, Negotiation with Vendor. Creating REQ to PO according to our client requirements and quotation. Creating PO in oracle R12, fixing glitches for PO which has been created. Working on 2 way match, 3 way match and accordingly fulfill the requirement of requester. Reviewing the Quotation by supplier and make the right negotiation as per project requirement. Raising MDM (master data management) updating make changes of supplier contact details, address. Tracking from Purchase requisition to goods receive, invoices and vendor payment. Coordinate with the vendor management team to make any changes in the vendor table. Sustaining the existing network and managing the supply chain for the items, ensuring timely distribution of the material. Change the price, quantity, ship to location, RCO, RCC and payment terms in the PO. Establish and follow up ship dates with suppliers. Making sure supplier has been receiving proper payment for the material shipped and close PO as early as possible.procedures, resolve query related to invoices. Debit Note and Credit Memo. Triage ticket within the ticket system and update the system per SOP. Managing logistics at global level. Maintaining Tracking, invoicing details and delivery details of materi proper payments for the material shipped and closing PO as early as possible.• Going through the Price quote screening it proper way and make changes in PO.• Transferring supplier to supplier with help of (TNT-terminate and transfer).• Keeping excellent knowledge of RFI,RFP,RFQ process.• Keeping excellent knowledge of Source to pay, Indirect and Direct procurement.• Working On E-procurement, E-RFX, Reverse Auction Projects.
