   Reported to the CEO, Officer on Board of Directors (BOD), Secretary of Talent and Compensation Committee and Supervisor Director of Cummins Valvoline Joint venture entity based in China. Led 6 direct and 80 indirect staff of HR COEs and business partners and managed $5M budget. I served in this role until June 2024- Developed and operationalized strategic HR roadmap :• Partnered with Executive leadership and Aramco Board to develop FY 2030 Human Capital strategy, mission, and transformation model aligned with the organization\'s growth plan.• Successfully led the separation from Valvoline Inc and integration of HR processes and systems of VGO with Aramco, resulting in globally aligned HR organization, systems, and processes, and achieving digital transformation through the implementation of SAP success factors.• Led the strategic initiative of operating model change and expansion which included accelerated talent acquisition, delivering compelling employee value proposition embedding principles of diversity, equity and inclusion and core values into culture and establishing guiding principles of performance-driven organization
