With almost two decades of experience in the Financial Services industry spanning multiple continents, I have cultivated a strong foundation in client service management, team leadership, and strategic resource alignment. My most recent role was as a Client Service Manager in Glasgow, UK, I led a dynamic European Client Service Team, overseeing the needs of European and US-based Hedge Fund clients and resolving operational issues with agility and precision.In my previous roles at Morgan Stanley, I managed cross-functional teams and ensured the seamless production and delivery of daily/month-end Net Asset Values (NAV) for European and US-based hedge fund clients.
