   Throughout my tenure, my responsibility has been to establish manufacturing facility, set goals, develop strategies to optimize processes, conduct regular assessments and reviews, manage engineering teams, and coordinate with engineers and other experts in developing manufacturing plans. Meanwhile, I spearhead new model development and CPM, the study of feasibility as well as the planning for a complete setup.Further, my emphasis has always been on planning ordering and execution of major CAPEX item 80% of 260 Cr. in a machine shop. Lead capacity expansion including ordering of machines/accessories and planning of facility. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow activities. Control CAPEX for capital and revenue management; drive tool planning and inventory management for CAPEX tooling. Moreover, I communize fixture implementation for various models in Axle casing and MCH with quick change. Involved in layout mapping and value streaming mapping for machine shop along with future expansion setup for 100k. Remap inventory area of the machine shop with all features such as FIFO, 5S, vertical storage, and model-wise segregation. In addition, I work closely with Business Excellence, Finance, and Operations and be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and governance of the annual capital plans, machine safety targets, long-range financial plans, and strategic capacity plans for sites.
