About Amrendra Kumar Sah
As a highly motivated Ph.D. candidate with an M.S.(Pharm) degree in Biotechnology, I have co-authored 4 research papers and developed extensive expertise in wet lab techniques, including DNA isolation, PCR, cloning, microscopy, SDS PAGE, Western blotting, and antibody generation in the rabbit. During my Ph.D, I have also mastered mammalian cell culture, RNA isolation, cDNA preparation, real-time PCR, transfection, staining, sectioning, mice handling and surgery, western blotting, protein expression, purification, IHC, and fluorescence microscopy. In addition to my lab skills, I have also gained proficiency in R programming and Biostatistical analysis, including RNA seq analysis and data visualization using R. I am currently learning a Bioconductor package to analyze NGS data. I am seeking industry positions in the USA, UK, or Europe that provide visa sponsorship. I am excited to leverage my skills and expertise to contribute to a dynamic team in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry and to pursue opportunities for professional growth and development.
