Currently working full time with ICICI LOMBARD GIC LTD. as CS Manager- Provider Management Team since June 2024 My skills are to detect health claims fraud either cashless or reimbursement, with its modus operandi, qualitative report writing, deny claims with supporting evidence, claims adjudicated with in the TAT. Auditing the Previously paid claims from the provider and pushing for recovery. Helping the insured during hospitalization and Resolving queries related to their claims. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on providers, including contact details, specialties, credentials, and performance data. Reviewing and reporting healthcare providers to build a comprehensive network that meets the needs of the insurer\'s members. This includes considering factors like geographic coverage, provider specialties, and quality of care.
