Regional Strategy: Owned and developed the 3-year UK & I Regional Strategy for FY25-27 and FY26-28, alongside the UK & I President, Executive Leadership team and Global Corporate Strategy team. Facilitated review sessions, organised individual working groups, owned the master deck, developed content and prepared the final deliverable. The Strategy covered company direction, financial performance, retailer matrix, paths to accelerate brands & categories, consumer insights, market trends, employee engagement and sustainability.• VIP Visits: Managed the Business Review for 12 visits from Global C-Suite & Board members, such as CEO, CFO, CBO, Executive Chairman, Group President and the Board of Directors. Directly worked with the UK & I President and Executive Leadership Team to define the agenda, develop the content with input from the functions & brands, facilitate review meetings, and capture key takeaways during each visit.• Transformation Programmes: Managed globally driven region-wide transformation programmes and achieved successful change management and adoption. Examples include 1) implementation of 5 global processes that span the product lifecycle from innovation to discontinuation and 2) setup and run of a new retailer for 9 brands. Managed multiple workstreams across functions & brands, complex project deployment plans and RAID logs, whilst maintaining buy-in from key stakeholders through robust change management plans, effective comms and as-is assessments to support capability roadshows.• Strategic Initiatives: Led short-term initiatives to accelerate our Strategic priorities, requiring close alignment with Global representatives, UK & I President, Executive Leadership team and external consultants. Included distribution expansion, profit growth, brand awareness, retail magic and category acceleration. Developed the business case, monitored actions and timeline, facilitated SteerCo meetings and workshops, and prepared progress reports.
