I’m a Human Resources professional with hands on experience supporting employees, leaders, and overall business goals. I’ve worked across employee relations, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives, and I genuinely enjoy being in the middle of where people and operations connect. HR, to me, is the heart of a company. It’s not just policies and processes, its culture, trust, communication, and how people feel when they come to work every day.
