Contributed to early-stage research and development programs, specializing on the creation of production-ready signal processing algorithms and software implementations for 4G and 5G networking solutions. Successfully completed several technical studies on downlink reciprocity-based adaptive SU- and MU-MIMO precoding, Beamspace dimension reduction, uplink SU-MIMO precoder selection, low complexity coordinated beamforming for interference suppression, and directional electromagnetic field (EMF) control. Developed novel algorithms resulting in 20+ patent applications. Technical leader of several industry-university partnership research projects, e.g, ENCQOR 5G project on ``Spatial and Temporal Prediction of Wireless Communication Channels.\'\' Worked with academic research teams from University of Toronto and Carleton University. Projects resulted in 5+ patent applications and several conference and journal publications.Developed and evaluated the performance of several signal processing algorithms for downlink codebook- and reciprocity-based beamforming, link adaptation, rank estimation, directional EMF control, and uplink SU-MIMO precoding using system level simulations.Technical leader of ``NR Simulator KPI Guardian\'\' team. Worked with several co-op students on developing and maintaining a Java-based testing framework for automatic testing of NR system-level simulator using Jenkins.
